Administration Clerk.

    • Provide administrative assitance to sales personnel in day to day sales operations.
    • Support sales personnel in handling enquiries from customers.
    • Prepare quotation, invoice, sales order, shipping document and other administrative tasks.
    • Follow up on outstanding debts.
    • Handling general administrative duties.
    • Perform any duty and responsibilities which may assign from time to time.
    • Required skills : MS Excel, MS Word, UBS Accounting Software ( Optional )
    • Required languanges : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
    • Able to listen to instructions.
    • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encourange to apply.

    • Handle maintenace & breakdown service at site.
    • Troubleshoot & reactify on timely manner.
    • Carry out preventive maintenance & basic equipment calibration services.
    • Assist manager to prepare technical proposal.
    • To perform any others duties as required from time to time.
    • To perform site inspection when required.

    • Candidate must possess at least a STPM / Diploma in Engineering ( Chemical ), Engineering ( Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering ( Electrical / Electronic ), Engineering ( Industrial ) or equivalent.
    • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Engineering- Electronics / Communication or equivalent.
    • Highlt motivated indivually & result - oriented individually with positives attitides.
    • 2 full time positions is availables.
    • Must posses a valid driving license and willing to travel ( Car provided )

Sales Marketing Representative.

    • To build good relationship with customer and to reponse to customer inquiries.
    • To know indepth about product qualities and technology adn provide consultation as well as presentation.
    • To achieve sales target of company.
    • To manage relevant documental work.

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in related feild.
    • Friendly and energetic with good comunication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
    • Independent, self motivated, result oriented & able to work in fast paced enviroment.
    • Willing to relocate and travel.
    • Remunerations : will include basic salary + base  allowance + mobile phone allowance + traveling allowance + commissions on sales achieved.
    • 2 full time positons available.
